Everyone has a different way of explaining what leadership is. At Illinois Farm Bureau, we believe leadership happens when something grabs hold of you and won't let go until you've done something about it. Maybe it's a political issue, a new way of farming, or simply a desire to protect Illinois agriculture for generations to come. Leadership grows in two ways: learning and doing. IFB offers opportunities for both, through training and activities. |
