Is your committee looking for something new and fresh to do this year? Then take a look at more than 100 projects from across the state. County Farm Bureaus share some of their favorite activities as part of IFB's PEARS (Program Evaluation and Awards Reporting System) program. During Illinois Farm Bureau's Annual Meeting in December, counties with innovative programs may be awarded bronze, silver or gold stars.
