Women in Agriculture Conference


Where would agriculture be without women? Nowhere! Women of all walks of life have positively affectedWiains farming. From Illinois Farm Bureau's Field Moms to the women raising livestock, they all play a huge role.

Are you a woman in the ag community looking to network, enhance your skills, and have fun? Then the Women in Agriculture Conference is for you!

On March 21, 2014 in Rock Island, IL at Jumer's Casino and Hotel, women are gathering to celebrate agriculture and learn.

The conference begins with a special Thursday evening dinner with Dr. Ron Hanson, Professor of Agribusiness at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. It starts with a social hour at 5 p.m. and the fun continues until 8 p.m. Bring a guest!  

Bright and early on Friday (21st) at 8 a.m. a light breakfast will be served. The rest of the day is jam-packed with knowledgeable speakers and relevant breakout sessions. Breakout sessions will cover topics such as marketing, container gardening, iPad technology, estate planning, social advocacy, environmental issues and much more! The day will wrap up at 4 p.m. with some great door prizes.

Thursday Evening with Dr. Ron Hanson- $35

Friday Conference- $60

$75 day of the conference
