The Illinois Farm Bureau Governmental Affairs Leadership Conference will focus on taking charge of change Feb. 19 in Springfield’s President Abraham Lincoln Hotel.
The one-day conference will offer an update on IFB national and state legislative priorities as well as several workshop sessions. The evening will include a state legislator reception from 6 to 8 p.m. at the hotel. County Farm Bureaus are encouraged to invite their elected officials to attend.
Conference registration will be handled through county Farm Bureaus. The registration fee is $75 per person and $50 for collegiate Farm Bureau members.
Hotel reservations must be made online. A block of rooms have been reserved for Feb. 18-20 with a special room rate available until Jan. 28 or the block of rooms is reserved, whichever comes first.
