The Illinois Farm Bureau is adding some member benefits. That red now includes some green.

“We have had a partnership with Case IH for several years, and we are very thrilled and honored to expand our red equipment into the green equipment with our new partner and vendor John Deere,” said Melissa Rhode, marketing director at IFB.

The new arrangement with John Deere took effect Oct. 1, but the Case IH relationship will also continue.

“We maintain our Case IH member benefit, which is $300 or $500 off certain tractors and hay equipment for our Farm Bureau members,” Rhode said on the RFD Radio Network®. “We also have Caterpillar discounts, up to $2,500 discounts for our Farm Bureau members.”

The new John Deere arrangement gives IFB members access to the company’s GreenFleet Loyalty Rewards program.

“What is unique to us and our partnership is our members automatically become eligible for the Platinum 2 GreenFleet Loyalty Rewards program,” Rhode said. “That’s the second layer, and you get deeper discounts.”

And that includes discounts on Deere’s commercial and residential mowers, utility vehicles and 1-through-5 series tractors, along with parts.

IFB is also promoting its seven-year relationship with Ford and Lincoln.

“Our Farm Bureau members receive $500 off a new Ford and $750 off a new Lincoln vehicle,” Rhode said.

And there is an added benefit during October and November for first responders and military personnel. They will receive $1,000 off a new Ford vehicle.
