Agricultural Leaders of Tomorrow

The 2023 Agricultural Leaders of Tomorrow (ALOT) came together in Springfield for their first overnight session January 31^st-February 1^st.  The leaders had opportunities to improve communication skills, learn about themselves and others, and address ethical dilemmas.  The ALOT group will meet via Zoom this week to dive deeper into leadership topics.  Visit the ALOT Facebook Page for program updates now through March.
