ALOT Program Week 5
Week 5 of the ALOT program wrapped up on February 28th in Jacksonville. The day was filled with presentations from our affiliates as well as a crash course in farming and the economy with Roger Cryan from AFBF. Participants were able to hear from individuals from Country Financial, FS, Prairie Farms, and the IAA Credit Union, about their journey to the roles that they have now as well as what they look for in a leader and what makes a good leader. A wealth of information was shared with the group.
