VP Brian Duncan speaks with Fox Business as the EPA considers tougher regulations for livestock farmers
IFB Vice President Brian Duncan joined Fox Business reporter Jeff Flock on Thursday to discuss the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s recently announced new studies on concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) to weigh revisions for effluent limitations guidelines (ELGs) for CAFOs. Duncan stated that livestock farmers are already drowning in regulations, and that CAFOs are regulated by the Clean Water Act. Watch the full interview here.
