There will be three ways to engage in the Organizational Member Strategy (OMS) work at Annual Meeting. Please consider joining one or all of these efforts. I look forward to seeing you there. 

Focus Groups

Look for an email in the coming weeks with a link to sign up for a focus group. We are looking to capture opinions and feedback from a variety of members, and there will be several time slots available Saturday through Monday. These will be held on the 7^th floor of the Palmer House in Montrose 4. 

MicroTalk

Join Mark Gebhards and the five CFB Presidents serving on the OMS Advisory Committee for a panel discussion about where we're at in the process and what leaders are thinking about as we move into 2024. Thanks to Janet McCabe, Matt Heberling, Adam Henkel, John Howard, and David White for serving in this way. The MicroTalk will occur on Sunday, December 3^rd at 2:00pm in the Exhibit Hall. 

Delegate Address

Delegates and audience members will hear an update on the OMS and plans for 2024 on Monday, December 4^th.
