Certified Director Program is still growing!
The County Farm Bureau Certified Director Program is at 370 Directors that have completed the course. If you are a County Farm Bureau Board Member have you registered to begin your certification? Have you started but got busy with harvest? It is not too late to pick back up and finish your coursework. Those that complete will receive a piece of apparel, portfolio, and lapel pin.
At the 2024 IAA Annual Meeting, there will be a Certified Director Display in the Exhibit Hall. Names of those across the state that have completed the program will be displayed. If you can point out your name to the Training & Development Team, you will be eligible to have your name placed into a drawing for a 45 Yeti Cooler. The winner will be able to take the cooler home just in time for the Christmas Season!
