Agricultural Leaders of Tomorrow (ALOT) is Illinois Farm Bureau's personalized leadership development program and more than 1,200 have graduated since it started in 1979.

Empowering the next generation through education
As a charitable arm of the Illinois Farm Bureau, the IAA Foundation proudly supports farm families and the future of agriculture through education and programs like Illinois Agriculture in the Classroom (IAITC).
